We are a family operated Kennel located in Jefferson Twp, NJ; dedicated to Saint Bernards, and the improvement of the breed. This all started when we wanted to add a family pet, we wanted a big dog. We started investigating breeds, traits, temperaments, and all the rest. After about six months we decided to get a Saint Bernard. We began by joining the local breed club, the Northern New Jersey Saint Bernard Club. We spoke with members, met some of their dogs, and chatted about the advantages and drawbacks of the breed.
Our first Saint, Major, came to us from Diamond's Saint Bernards in Wawaka Indiana. Major was already over 60 lbs at 4 months when he arrived. We fell in love with him and the breed. We are still active with the Northern NJ Saint Club, Middle Atlantic Saint Bernard Club, as well as the Saint Bernard Club of America.
On June 10th 2011 we branched out a bit. Sandi aquired an Otterhound puppy, obtained from a Breeder in Michigan. (See Celebrity Otterhounds ) We have also recently been accepted for membership by the Newton Kennel Club. We now have five Saints and one Otterhound, all with their own loving personality. Life without them would seem very strange.
